"Future
has beautiful eyes, those of Michèle Vételé,
the blond hostess of Anne de Bretagne, prouves that
a modern hotel restaurant can have a soul, knack, pace,
and cultivate tradition without old beams nor chimeney.
Luminous place, marine light evrywhere, view facing
the ocean and over the port of "La Gravette",
discret design furniture, beautiful crockery, fashion
fabrics, good choosen painting and photos on the wall.
This the house of a tasteful woman who has the taste
to be a sommelière érudite, and that we
put at the honor in our fist pages this year (ah she
knows so well hers Ali Bacchus cave !) and knows how
to find us a "côtes rôties"from
guigual, a chassagne and a puligny montrachet at sweet
prices that we will speak about for a long time.

of the port of "La Gravette", Michèle

guest to settle down. For ressourcer in this Ecrin, with
sorber luxury, to dream, on the italian style terrace
in the edge of the swimming pool. " A coup de coeur"

"The
house of Michèle and Philippe Vételé
is a dream, facing the ocean, and the nice small port
of La Gravette. It is an elegant house located in the
most beautiful places of the coast. Recently renovated
the park and the car park offer a very pleasant and
natural framework.
Michèle Vételé cave is one
of the most exceptional in France, many discoveries,
large vintages at rare prices, and formidable research
work. In the restaurant an opened out and interdependant
team at your service. We feel a total adhesion to the
project of the plates. Romain and Michèle leads
a charming service.
