These General Terms and Conditions of Sale set forth the terms and conditions for booking and purchasing the services offered by the Hôtel Restaurant Anne de Bretagne, located in La Plaine-sur-Mer.

Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Booking a Hotel Stay

All reservations are considered firm and final once the deposit requested at the time of booking has been paid.

For standard reservations, a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged to secure the reservation.

For reservations made using a Relais & Châteaux gift certificate, the gift certificate is preauthorized at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy - Hotel

For standard reservations, any cancellation made up to three days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of the deposit paid.
Any cancellation made less than three days before the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.

For reservations made using a Relais & Châteaux gift certificate, any cancellation made up to fifteen days before arrival will result in the release of the preauthorized gift certificate amount. After this deadline, the gift certificate amount will be retained.

In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount for the reserved stay remains due.

Terms and Conditions of Stay

Rooms are available starting at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Any arrivals after 11:00 p.m. must be reported to the front desk.

A luggage storage area is available for guests who wish to arrive before their check-in time or leave the hotel after check-out.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the restaurant or in your room, depending on the options offered by the hotel.

Visitor Tax

The tourist tax is charged in addition to the room rate, based on the rate in effect on the date of your stay. As of the date these terms and conditions were written, it amounts to €2.86 per person per night.

Restaurant Reservation

All restaurant reservations require a credit card authorization of €120 per person.

Any cancellation made less than twenty-four hours before the reservation time, or any no-show, entitles the establishment to retain the amount corresponding to the pre-authorization.

Gift Certificates

The establishment offers gift certificates that are valid for one year.
Gift certificates are valid for two years.
The specific terms and conditions for use, modification, or refund are established at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the service in question.

Payment Methods

The hotel accepts payment by credit card, American Express, check, cash, and bank transfer for hotel services.

Liability

The establishment shall not be held liable for the non-performance or improper performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, the acts of a third party, or the customer’s fault.

Complaints and Mediation

In the event of a complaint, the customer is asked to contact the establishment directly to seek an amicable resolution.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the consumer may seek assistance free of charge through a consumer mediation process in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.

Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

Any dispute regarding their interpretation or enforcement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
